Graber Roll Pleat Rod Sets

Custom cut heavy duty rodding for rollpleat curtain rods. Connected carriers are used with roll pleat draperies. The carrier spacing determines the drapery fullness and stackback width. Carriers have wheels of nylon, for long life and easy traversing.

Heavy duty rodding with contemporary design - panels have soft folds front and back. Track is made of strong extruded aluminum, in white or aluminum finish. Can be ceiling mounted or wall mounted, brackets included.

Snap tape systems reduce installation time and cuts maintenance costs. Nylon snap tape does not need to be removed for cleaning as you would with pinch pleated drapery hooks or pins. Cleaning roll pleat panels is less expensive than pinch pleated draperies.

Rods are available as a Baton Draw or Cord Draw. Both, baton draw or cord draw, are sold as a rod set complete with all components (mounting hardware), except snap tape which is sold separately. (depending on fullness ordered)

Rollpleat rods are made in one solid piece of track, they are not adjustable. Rods can be made up to 16'.

Roll Pleat Rod Sets are made @ 80% (less than 2 to 1 fullness), 100% (about 2 to 1 fullness), or 120% (little more than 2 to 1 fullness), stackback is about 1/3 of the total width of the rod, see chart below (fabrication guide) for actual stackback for fullness desired per rod width.

Rod Sets can be made as a Two Way Draw (Center Close), One Way Draw (Stack Right or Stack Left), use a Butt Master or Under and Overlap Master. Baton draws are only available with under and overlap masters.

Tailored fabric columns draw across glass or wall; can be cord operated, motorized or baton drawn. Precise appearance inside and outside. Front-loading snap-on carriers and snap tape cut installation and maintenance time. Off the track, panels are flat. Rollpleat draperies can be fabricated to span 32' for a two way draw (split draw), or 16' for a one way draw, right or left.
