Shipping and Handling

 
We currently offer two shipping options:
 
    Contiguous U.S.  
  1. Standard: 5 -10 business days  
  2. Express: 3 business days  
 
Minimum shipping & handling is $10.00

The price for shipping & handling for roding and components is based upon your Longest Rod ordered up to two rods.   More than two rods will have additional charges.  All fuel surcharges, residential delivery surcharges, overlength and handling surcharges are included.  Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating your approximate shipping charge.  Adjustable rods are shipped in their compressed sizes.

Rods over 109" have to be shipped overlength freight and are charged as such, minimum charge is $100.00.  Need more shipping information, please email mtdrapes@mtdrapes.com .

Our goal is to process all orders within 24  to 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM MST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing your order you will be contacted within three business days.
 

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our office by calling
1-800-715-1008.  We are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Terms: All orders are prepaid, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Delivery on stock items will take 5  to 10 days, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. We also offer 3 day Express. Any shortages or damages must be reported with in 24 hours.  We accept returns on stock items, products must be in unopened packages, a 25% restocking charge will be applied plus shipping.  All stocked returns must have a Return Authorization #, call 1-800-715-1008, to receive you RA number.  We ship anywhere in the lower 48 states. Special Order & Custom components will take 3 to 4 weeks. Many of our products are hand made, finishes may vary.  After 14 days all sales final and no returns.  No returns on special order  & custom products.  We do not offer special pricing to the trade.  Our only catalog is the internet.
